I am dissappointed in the ios7. I think the camera is not as good, even though it says that it has the same pixel status. I do not like the way the layout of the pics is shown- the top and bottom interfere with the picture being shown. I use this for work so am very dissappointed. Can I go back?? Or, can I buy another 4s with the old ios6 on it??

About the only way would be trying to buy an old one with iOS on it, Apple has forbidden rolling back to iOS6. 😟
You could always restore from your backup before you upgraded to iOS7.
The restore will not downgrade iOS only restore the data.
As BDAqua stated there is no approve method to downgrade iOS.

That's too bad, I guess its Apple's policy "once you step forward, you can't go back" kind of thing.
That's good to know for people like me who if they want to upgrade, they must seriously be willing to accept iOS 7 - I think that be the best advice I'd give.
Is there anyway to go back to the 4s ios6??
